If an account is closed, tk12 will return any remaining valid balance after verification. However, balances in accounts closed due to rule violations may be forfeited.

Any dispute between tk12 and a user will be resolved through the following process:

• If your issue remains unresolved through support, you may submit a formal complaint to: support@tk12.im.
• Tk12 will respond in writing within 7 business days of receiving a complaint.
• If a mutual settlement cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved through mediation.
